CHEMITOOL Zirconia Z Flap Disc guarantees great durability and stability when polishing materials. The mixture of abrasive grain inZirconia Alumina Z and semi-friable Aluminium Oxide A provides excellent removal in metal applications.
It is intended to deburr and prepare the weld in carbon steel, mild steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and cast iron. Suitable for removing discoloration, material and imperfections on surfaces.
Thanks to its conical format, the CHEMITOOL Zirconia Z Flap Disc has a strait grinding area to eliminate weld beads, chamfering anddeburring. To take advantage of the abrasive flap, you should work at a contact angle with the surface from 10° to 25°.
