CHEMITOOL Silicon Carbide (SiC) Flap Disc is composed of a mixture of abrasive Silicon Carbide (SiC) grains and has an excellent removal rate and durability. This product is intended for sanding hard minerals, stone and composite materials, varnishes and paint, as well as sanding between layers of varnish.
Also ideal for texturing and sanding varnishes and paint, primers, fillers and plastics.
It is suitable for precision work on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
It aims to deburr, grind weld beads and remove varnishes, paints and imperfections from surfaces. To make the most of the abrasive flaps, it should be used at a contact angle with the surface from 10° to 25°.
