-The IRWIN Vise-Grip Locking Key locks in nuts, bolts and other hexagonal fasteners on three sides, unlike conventional keys that hold on only two sides. This prevents the grips from slipping, which prevents rounding and fastener wear.
- For universal grinding work on components made from aluminium, copper, bronze, titanium and fibre-reinforced plastics. - Particularly recommended for use on titanium alloys. - Ideally suited to use in the aeronautical industry, especially where SiC is the only approved abrasive, e.g. for use on engine components. - Abrasive: Silicon carbide SiC.
