The tester is made in the form of a pointer made of sturdy plastic, the handle has a rubberized insert for a rigid grip with the hand. On the top there is a positive polarity probe and a negative polarity probe is connected to the main module with a non-detachable cable. In the case there is a button to turn on the built-in torch. On the front of the cabinet there is an LCD display for easy reading as well as an indicator panel for visual control. LED lamps are used as indicator lights. The device is powered by two 1.5 V AAA batteries; batteries are not required when operating from a power supply. The tester has a compact shape that fits well in the hand.
