The HSS CHEMITOOL drill is made entirely of high-speed steel, with 5% cobalt to increase strength in metals with a hardness up to 1200N/mm2, according to DIN 338.
The main characteristic of this metal spiral drill bit its drilling, which can be used for widening or countersinking thanks to its135º attack angle.
The use of lubrication in the drilling process will increase the service life and reduce the heating of the drill, this applicationshould not be forgotten when drilling materials with a high hardness and abrasion.
